Abstract

 

                   The objectives of this research were; 1) to study the theory and development of quality of Life 2) to study the Conditions and the problems in the Sanghas’ roles in developing the quality of life of the community in Pako Sub-District, Kudchab District, Udonthani Province  and 3) to study the ways to promote the roles of Sanghas in developing the quality of life in the community in Pako Sub-District, Khudchab District, Udonthani Province.  This education is   qualitative research by interviewing the target group of informants for the performance of analysis.

 The results od education showed that the quality of life is the state of the good level of life. They are happy and satisfied with their own lives by adapting themselves in living with each other in society and environments happily. To develop the virtue and the morality for individuals must be encouraged to learn both directly and indirectly by creating conditions for individuals who face by themselves or to be managed to be the model or to train individuals to have the faith such as to be trained in the ground for mental culture in order to encourage those individuals to learn how to develop the quality of life by self-experience and the morality, absolutely, is in the human beings by nature. This morality is developed by assistance of regulation and the conduct is obtained from the principles of moral, philosophy, culture, law or convention for the sake of their own happiness and society.

  The condition of problems and the roles of Sanghas in developing the quality of lives in the community were found that the Sanghas are lack of knowledge and necessary data concerning the enhancement of qualification of life in accordance with Buddhist and Dhamma way, sufficient economy. Sanghas’ conducts in the tranquility decrease and people entering the temple decrease also. The modern roles of Sanghas to participate in developing the quality of life in the community decrease in accordance with the progress of modern sciences because of the change occurring in the society and the community.

The guideline in enhancing the Sanghas’ roles in developing the quality   of life of the community In Pako Sub-distric Kutchab District, Udonthani Province was found that to enhance the moral precepts, morality, harmony and the principle of practice in accordance with the middle way in order to be sufficient for utility in accordance with Buddhist and Dhamma way, sufficient economy, enhancement of model in proceeding the activities in which the Sanghas proceed by themselves directly such as to preach in the Buddhist holidays and various important days by participation of the community such as training management in order to create the knowledge in various aspects, management of activity to inherit the local culture and traditions etc. The performance in accordance with the Sanghas’ roles leads to the development of the quality of life in the community in various forms such as the application of the theory of sufficient economy, the management of the environment cleaning in the houses, to create the warming in the family, to economize the property for future, to create the community to be free from the causes of ruins, to create the peacefulness,  charity, not to quarrel in the community and to encourage people to improve their own lives , family and community to be  both physical and mental happiness, to have employment, sufficient earnings, clean environment in community and to have the security in life and property.
